Description

Frozen Assets Fat Bike Race

ONLINE REGISTRATION HAS ENDED: YOU MAY REGISTER THE DAY OF THE EVENT FROM 5:30 - 6:30 PM ON LAKE MENDOTA AT THE EDGEWATER.

On Friday night, February 1st, the popular Frozen Assets Fat Bike Race, is now scheduled to be BACK ON LAKE MENDOTA!

In this unique NIGHT race, participants will cruise across the ice on iconic Lake Mendota and pass by downtown Madison and the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus. The race will start and end at The Edgewater. Choose from a single lap, 4.25 mile course or a three lap, 12.75 mile course.

With the colder temperatures, the ice has thickened up considerably. However, plenty of fresh snow will provide a deep base and a challenging course, so plan accordingly.

Your registration for this event includes admission to the race, chip-timing, and a complementary headlamp. Online registration closes Wednesday, January 30th. The adult registration pricing schedule (17 and older) is listed below.
